The at-fault driver's insurance pays for bills in one lump sum at the end of treatment.  We help you utilize available coverage, i.e. medical payments coverage, health insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and liens until the at-fault driver's insurance pays.

The at-fault driver's insurance is responsible for your property damage.  It may be quicker to go through your insurance. Once the property damage is fixed and paid for, your insurance recovers the deductible from the at-fault carrier and reimburses you.
