When Joe is not at work he enjoys coaching his sons and a bunch of other elementary and middle school kids in both flag football and basketball. He spends an inordinate amount of time watching coaching videos, drills on YouTube and developing plays to outsmart the competition. He derives an immense amount of joy from smoking meats on his Traeger and impressing his friends and family with his latest culinary provisions. If he is not at the office working, on the field/court coaching, or on the deck grilling then you will find him in the basement watching The Ohio State Buckeyes outsmart their competition.
